The Cahill Water Balance Model is designed to run on Windows NT 4.0, but also works on Windows 98. The ArcView portions are written in Avenue and therefore should work on any additional ArcView platforms such as UNIX and Macintosh to create the what if future land use scenarios or to view the model output.
